JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities (in coordination with the Physicians and management):
· Coordination and Training of 3rd Party Practices- including clinical policies and protocols, and clinical staff schedule.
· Establish and maintain a streamlined a patients/information flow.
· Meet with potential patients and review the LARC process, options, and expectations.
· Coordinate the activities that are required to initiate the treatment plan, i.e. surgery, IUI, IVF, PGT, etc.
· Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiently
· Prepare IVF cycle start list
· Prepare calendar/schedules for patients
· Coordinate IVF cycles and communicate with agencies and other 3rd Party representatives
· Maintain patient/couple medical records, including consents, legal clearance, lab results and authorizations
· Provide patient education and health teaching as appropriate, including injection technique
· Oversee and order medications for IVF
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Assist physician with office procedures
- Diagnostic and monitoring ultrasounds
- Diagnostic procedures
· Set up equipment/room for procedures
· Perform Procedures
- Venipuncture
- Start IV’s (licensed/certified personnel) and management of IV therapy
· Administer medications
· Meet with cycling patients
- Review instructions
- Answer questions
- Confirm that patient/couples have appropriate medications/prescriptions
· Assist physician in providing informative and effective communication with patient/couples
- Schedule procedures, tests and office visits
- Pre/post operative surgical teaching; surgery coordination
- Pre/post operative embryo transfer instructions
· Patient phone calls, including afternoon callbacks with test results/instructions
· Maintain SART worksheets
· Follow-up communication with patient/couples, i.e. test results and medication adjustments
· File normal lab results in patients’ charts
· Report abnormal results to primary physician
· Provide coverage for other nursing team members during vacations or illness
· Maintain current inventory of supplies and medications to avoid overstocking and/or running out of supplies, and to keep medication dates current
· Provide patient education and health teaching as appropriate
· Participate in all scheduled and non-scheduled inspections including FDA inspections.
· Maintain medical equipment in good condition and arrange for repair as necessary.
· Keep a log of all maintenance and dates of service
· Clean/turn over rooms if necessary.
· Vital signs
· Schedule and/or coordinate out- patient surgeries.
· Assist with procedures

Pay: $62,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
