Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claim processing.
Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of customer policies, endorsements, and changes.
Claims Support: Aid customers through the claims process, providing guidance and support.
Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is required. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve issues effectively. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
