Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service/Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for ****** specific applications and technologies. This junior-level position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role, particularly those with experience in 1st and/or 2nd level support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support for ****** applications and technologies.
- Handle 1st and/or 2nd level support issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients over the phone, providing an excellent end-client experience.
- Perform password resets and assist end-users in navigating systems.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging client interactions.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Multi-task and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Required Skills:
- Call Center Experience: Prior experience in a call center is essential.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive client experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal (listening and speaking) and written communication skills.
- De-escalation: Knowledge and experience in de-escalation techniques.
- Soft Skills: Excellent soft skills, including patience, empathy, and active listening.
- Technical Support: Experience guiding clients through technical issues, including password resets and system navigation.
- Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service or technical support role.
- Strong people and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
