The Event Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing successful corporate, agent recruitment, and marketing events within the assigned territory. This role involves identifying event opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, agent recruitment events, and marketing events.
- Identify and research community events to participate in and represent Health Plan Markets.
- Conceptualize and create local events aimed at attracting new clients for the Agency.
- Coordinate, with cooperation from Broker Managers, agent participation and attendance at events.
- Greet and assist the general public, customers, agents, and visitors during events, addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Ensure seamless event execution and handle any issues or crises that may arise.
- Compile and report comprehensive event details, including attendance, results, leads generated, and sales figures.
- Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for monthly event activities.
- Monitor and control event expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize branding efforts and create marketing materials for community events.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
