Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Office Property Manager to oversee a Chicago based portfolio of value-add creative office assets. This is a key operational role in and will work with all aspects of our company including ownership, asset management, construction, and leasing. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial office and modified gross leases, is a self starter and a collaborative team player.
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of a multi building office portfolio, including staffing, maintenance, budgeting and business plan implementation.
Work closely with Asset Management, facility management, and construction teams to create and execute business plans.
Develop and oversee the annual operating expense budget process.
Develop direct working relationships with tenants, ensuring leases are administered appropriately.
Work with the accounting department to develop and deliver monthly management reports
Identify opportunities to drive asset revenue and NOI.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services/
Manage the tenant CAM process
Manage the capital expenditure budget, working closely with Asset Management and Construction teams
Serve as a brand ambassador for the building and the company, maintaining a positive presence within the community and industry.
Qualification Standards:
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated commercial office management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
Experience with Yardi is a plus
Proven ability to work independently, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
