A Day In The Life of a CSR:
· Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone call and email.
· Screening, qualifying and scheduling appointments for our service technicians and outside sales team.
· Ensuring the accurate capture, data entry and maintenance of customer information within our database.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Calling customers to confirm appointments and schedules as necessary.
· Urgently respond and maintain emails as they are received.
· Professionally handle high volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries.
· Working closely with the Service and Installation Managers to coordinate scheduling and appointments.
· Be familiar with our company, products and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.
· Efficiently manage his or her time and schedules.
· Efficiently handle any additional tasks as needed.
· Ability to handle a fast-paced office environment.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
· A respectful hard-working demeanor in a casual business office setting.
· Strong sense of integrity and reliability.
· Commitment to consistently upholding customer satisfaction.
· Ability to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday’s.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and computer savvy competence.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
· Customer service experience is required.
