We’re looking for an energetic, detailed oriented, reliable professional to provide part-time support for our Real Estate company and our team of approximately 30 Real Estate sales professionals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Busy real estate office looking for part-time experienced, energetic person who is flexible, organized and has strong attention to detail. Experience in Word, Excel & Access is helpful.
- Answering and routing telephone calls
- Greeting and helping walk in clients/customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Processing/inputting into multiple systems (new listings, price changes, open houses, etc.)
- Distributing mail, faxes and packages to the appropriate parties
- Overseeing the general appearance of the office lobby, as well as keeping supplies well stocked
- Produce buyer packets and assist with mailings & special projects (as needed)
- Assisting with advertising & social media (as needed)
- Coordination of incoming and outgoing referrals
- Miscellaneous duties may be added as required
- Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure
- Meet tight deadlines
- Tech Savvy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & Access)
Schedule
12pm to 4pm / Monday to Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
