Role Overview
This role involves assisting children in the Brevard County community, this is an in clinic position predominantly. Duties include performing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), creating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), educating Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and providing supervision. Join our Melbourne clinical team and be part of a supportive environment that nurtures growth and encourages knowledge-sharing among a diverse group of practitioners. Criteria
- Proficient in programming with a solid grasp of assessment fundamentals
- Growth-oriented mindset, outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and a drive to create a significant social impact
- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field
- Experience in assessments, school-based interventions, behavior intervention plan development, and behavior change program design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Behavior Basics is particularly interested in candidates with:
- Leadership skills, or the potential to develop them
- Passion for team building
- At least two years of experience providing services to individuals with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or intellectual disabilities in school and community-based settings
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Experience with developmental disabilities across different age groups

Salary Ranges based on Experience: $70K-$77K
