· Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide them with accurate and timely information about our services
· Follow up on leads and potential clients

Experience and Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of calls
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· Familiarity with basic computer programs and the ability to navigate through various software systems
