Seeking Bi-lingual English & Mandarin, Cantonese speaking Office Manager/Customer Service Representative. The Office Manager/ Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing exceptional customers relationships and capturing customer prospect information needed to obtain the sale, providing general administrative support to the estimators and maintaining the customer reception area / front office.

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and schedule management
- Ability to supervise and manage vendors effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting and bookkeeping
- Experience in customer service and front desk operations
- Bi-lingual Mandarin/ Cantonese

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
