Job Overview:
Pembroke Partners, LLC is looking for an experienced project analyst to support the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. The NRCS mission is to provide America’s farmers and ranchers with financial and technical assistance to voluntarily put conservation on the ground, not only helping the environment but agricultural operations, too. Position will provide project coordination support to implement improvements to training development and delivery for the NRCS Regional Conservation Partnership Program.

- POSITION TITLE: Program and Business Management Consultant
- EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Natural Resources, Information Technology, or any related field of study.
- PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Washington, D.C., and subject to Government permission: remote work is authorized.
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel—10%
- WORK WEEK: 40 Hours
- SALARY: Negotiable
- START DATE: Within the next month
- SECURITY: Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or equivalent.

Minimum Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Natural Resources, Information Technology, or any related fields of study
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or coordination.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time-management.
- Experience in project management, process improvement and strategic planning.
- Experience developing briefing materials and presentations. Preferably experience developing training materials, creating training curriculums, and helping in identifying training needs and requirements.
- Experience planning and facilitating projects, workshops, trainings and/or events, including an ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action/work plans.
- Experience in researching, developing, writing, editing, and updating briefing materials, reports, and presentations. Preferably related to training.
- Experience in coordinating the review, consolidation, and preparation of recommendations to improve documents and materials.
- Experience providing advice and guidance to clients on projects, decision points, and products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint).
