· Average performers earn approximately $55,000 annually.
· Good performers are rewarded with $70,000.

Responsibilities:
· Actively engage in prospecting and onboarding new customers, working towards the company's growth objectives.
· Analyze customer needs and market suitable products and services aligned with their requirements.
· Foster long-term customer relationships through diligent follow-ups and sustained engagement.
· Collaborate seamlessly with the team to establish, track, and achieve marketing targets.
· Utilize a customer-centric approach to guide customers through available insurance options, ensuring a tailored solution.
Requirements:
· Prior sales experience, preferably in insurance sales, retail, or telemarketing, is essential.
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
· Excellent communication skills, coupled with persuasive presentation abilities.
· A self-driven and enthusiastic team player possessing strong organizational skills.
· Willingness to travel as required by the role.
· Capability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses if not already in possession.
