Gelati Celesti Ice Cream is growing and needs a talented full-time Office Assistant!

This position is a 30 hour a week role working 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant include but are not limited to:

Handling incoming calls and other customer service communications.

Managing filing system.

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Coordinating events as necessary.

Maintaining merchandise inventory.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Aiding with client reception as needed.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

At least 1 year of experience supporting professional office

2 years of experience in a customer focused environment

Experience working in hospitality is a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
