Our team is looking for a MRO Customer Service Representative II to join them. You will report to the MRO Customer Service Supervisor and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA
To be considered for the MRO Customer Service Representative II opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in an aerospace products manufacturing environment
- Expert computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Positive attitude and financial aptitude
As an MRO Customer Service Representative II, you will:
- Respond quickly, courteously, discreetly, and accurately to all incoming calls, correspondence, orders, quotes, status requests, and rejections.
- Maintain accuracy of MRO order status and backlog.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Engage with various company departments, including purchasing, quality, planning, warehouse, shipping, electronics, mechanical, MRB, inventory, and Ontic site facilities.
- Provide daily updates on backlog reports and customer reports about current and backlogged orders, including part shortages, lead times, and other delays.
- Ensure accurate documentation for international shipments in accordance with EAR and ITAR regulations.
- Conduct contract reviews for repair orders.
- Offer liaison support during pre-delivery and post-delivery, including order processing, customer relations, and sales support.
- Meet customer due dates for all orders or notify customers promptly if delays are anticipated. Ensure system promise dates align with customer commit dates and reschedule orders as necessary.
