The Back Office Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative tasks associated with contracting and compliance. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Compensation:
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Process and manage insurance agent and broker contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain and update the contract management system with current and historical data.
- Coordinate with agents, brokers, and carriers to resolve any contracting issues or discrepancies.

Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of reports and documentation required for audits.
- Provide administrative support to the contracting department as needed.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:-
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with insurance contracting processes and regulations is a plus.
