Job Summary: We are actively seeking part-time and full-time Sales Development Representatives (SDR's) to become valuable members of our team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in our growth by identifying prospective customers, creating fresh business prospects, and expertly nurturing leads throughout the sales pipeline. Collaboration with our sales team will be key to achieving our company's sales objectives. Location & hour:
This position is in-house at the Lehi, Utah headquarters located in the Thanksgiving Point area offering breathtaking 360-degree mountain views, abundant natural light, and open-concept cubicles.

- Outbound Excellence: Are you a master of high-volume outbound calls, emails, and text messages, consistently surpassing performance targets?

Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to grow our company's total revenue. Working alongside a dedicated team of Sales professionals, your responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities for the company.
- Customer Engagement: Contact and qualify potential customers, ensuring alignment with our offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Set appointments and diligently follow up on leads, nurturing them through the sales process.
- Goal Tracking: Track progress towards meeting sales goals and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
- CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to expertly manage leads and sales activities.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Networking: Attend networking events and trade shows, building valuable relationships and generating leads as needed.
- Reporting: Provide regular, insightful reports on sales activities and results to management.
Compensation Package:
PMI offers a competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $12.50 per hour. Earning an additional $25 bonus for every qualified appointment you set, and $1000 bonus on closed deals resulting from appointments set by you.
