Job Description: A leading geotechnical engineering firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geotechnical Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and coordinate all aspects of geotechnical engineering projects, including field investigation, laboratory analyses, and construction phase inspection and consultation.
*Evaluate and calculate geotechnical parameters, assess foundation types, and determine design parameters.
*Lead the preparation of detailed technical reports and proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
*Engage in client interactions, proposal preparation, and regulatory negotiations, maintaining strong professional relationships.
*Provide leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
*Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Experience:
*Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in geotechnical engineering.
*Excellent skills in technical writing, communication, and client interaction.
*Demonstrated experience in staff management and development.
*Flexibility in work location, with potential opportunities in various geographic areas from Southeast Florida to Central Florida.
