We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support a federal health agency client in Washington, D.C. on a remote basis with some potential travel. Candidate will provide general project management, strategic planning and organizational design, data management strategy and visualization, technical assistance and continued program support and development. Candidate will perform the following tasks in the following categories:
· Provide project leadership support and operational effectiveness
· Conduct program coordination and communication in support of change management processes
· Provide project coordination and collaboration with operational timeline support involving input from other divisions and offices
· Coordinate project tracking and status reporting for all branches and outside partners as needed, including guidance document updates and timeline development
· Establish and manage a standardized project plan for Grant Program Notice of Funding Opportunity process, including implementation and guidance documents
· Establish and manage project plans for other programmatic areas, including technical assistance and State, Tribal, Local, and Territorial engagement efforts (including communities of practice and training)
· Develop and maintain plans for other division-wide activities, as needed
· Facilitate development of division and branch level strategic plans and stakeholder engagement strategies
· Determine impact of strategic plans on current and future organizational design.
· Facilitate planning sessions and draft planning documentation, including reporting benchmarks/metrics
· Support execution of this strategy through monitoring and reporting
· Develop strategic/project plan based on the Grant Program Lifecycle
· Assess data management processes and systems and develop recommendations for improvement
· Support development of various reports and products
· Support development and implementation of overarching technical assistance strategy to include coordination across organization work units
· Support various training initiatives as needed
· Support development and implementation of a Community of Practice strategy and platform
· Identify next steps for executing on improvement opportunities through strategy development and planning sessions
· Support program requests as needed
· Support Notice of Funding Opportunity development, communication, and execution
· Support project planning and documentation and issues management
Candidate will have the following skills and experience:
· Three (3) years of experience delivering project management services to federal agencies is required
· BA or BS degree is required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired
· Strong writing skills, including ability to independently develop high-quality deliverables
· Executive communications experience including briefing senior executives
· Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and other administrative tasks
· Proficiency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio; and with SharePoint

Pay: $74,757.00 - $86,334.00 per year
