As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with friendly and knowledgeable assistance
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide information about product specifications, pricing, and warranties
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred
- Experience in wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
