Assistant Community Manager for Eighteen Capital Group

Eighteen Capital Group is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager that radiates professionalism, that is hardworking, self-motivated, with excellent leadership capabilities to help develop and encourage a fantastic team.

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, schedule billings, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
- Ensure that all monies due are collected.
- Assisting the Community Manager in gathering and compiling current market and economic information and preparing competitive and market analysis and market trends.
- Ensure that the electronic lease files are complete and that the lease and lease addendums are correctly executed.
- Maintain positive customer service attitude and provide world class customer service to all prospective and existing residents.
- Conduct inspections with residents at move-in/move-out
- Ensure that all service requests are recorded and communicated appropriately to service team manager or designee.
- Perform activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures by the companies and policies and procedures.
- Train and motivate on-site staff to achieve operational goals of assigned community.
- In the absence of the Community Manager, assume the responsibilities of that role until the Community Manager returns or other arrangements are made.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Education
- At least three years of related experience (leasing, sales, property management and general office),
- Knowledge of RealPage products preferred, including OneSite, Lead2Lease, and OpsTechnology.
- A clear understanding of all essential office equipment – fax machine, printer, PC, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn other software applications.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution with both resident and staff.
- Ability to prioritize, set, and meet deadlines.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
