Key Job Responsibilities:
Through close collaboration with Production and Sales staff, you will ensure customers receive their products at the right time and in the right way. As a Project Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate/Attend project meetings, document actions, and follow-up on deliverables.
- Coordinate project risk assessment in conjunction with Sr. Management.
- Assist with planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Partner with Production Leads/ Manager to assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution.
- Track and report job progress (management information system). Prepare and publish progress reports, job profitability, and presentations.
- Assist Sales in gathering information from production for change orders.
- Ensure timely execution of Change Orders
- Customer Interface:
- Engage customers at job arrival
- Communicate various job inspection reports
- Provide status updates including photos of job progress
- Coordinate customer pickup and job delivery
- Resolve quality/warranty concerns
- Communicate project updates and results to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required, Bachelor's degree a plus.
- At least five years of project coordinating/management and customer service experience, preferably in the aviation/aerospace industry.
- Technical experience a plus- such as mechanical/ hands on experience working on vehicles, aircraft, etc.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Experience.
- MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). MS Project and MS Vision experience is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to take on new tasks and adapt to different work assigned and personalities.
- Customer Focused- Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
