Owner, Manager & Developer currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of scattered site of primarily affordable, buildings located in Brooklyn.
The Property Manager must have a proven track record in residential Property Management and will report to the Director of Property Management. The Property Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day operations management of the buildings and fostering a positive environment for our tenants and professional workplace for the maintenance staff.

Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters efficiently and with accuracy and with aplomb. The candidate will also possess the following:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience including demonstrated success in leadership, staff development, and team building.
- Significant experience creating work schedules for supers and porters and monitoring the quality of their work and adherence to those schedules.
- Experience with In-Check or a comparable package
- Extensive knowledge of building maintenance and capital improvements.
- Experience with retail tenants
- Full knowledge of all relevant City, State, and Federal agency regulations including but not limited to DOB, HPD, HCR, FDNY, EPA, and DOH.
- The ability to keep the properties free of violations and have experience removing them when taking over properties.
- Experience monitoring and controlling expenses and budgeting.
- High level presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure corporate goals and deadlines are met.
- Proven improvement or process and operating results
- Exceptional customer-service skills and demonstrated ability to maintain strong working relations with both internal and external clients.
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Management, Business Administration or related field preferred but commensurate work experience will also be taken into consideration.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish a is a plus.
