Bravo Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Adoption and Training Specialist.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement adoption strategies for new technologies or processes with the organization.

Create and deliver engaging training programs and materials tailored to different user groups.

Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training plans accordingly.

Monitor and evaluate the effective ness of training programs, adjusting as needed to ensure maximum impact.

Provide ongoing support to employees, addressing questions and concerns related to new technologies or processes.

Act as a change agent, promoting the adoption of new tools and practices throughout the organization.

Track and report on adoption metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree
-
5+ years of experience in training and adoption initiatives, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
