We are an incredible private dental practice that is growing and growing quickly. We are in need of an associate dentist that can run an office, perform exceptional dentistry and will add value for our patients. Specialty dentistry is a plus for this associate dentist along with being able to work independently.
We offer opportunities to be compensated well. We want the best for our patients. We are a referral-based practice with some PPO insurance accepted. We do great dentistry and our patients reward us with their referrals of friends, family, and coworkers.
We are looking for a FULL-TIME POSITION TO FILL! We are offering our Associate Dentist a yearly guarantee, high production percentage paid, health insurance, 401K, Paid CE and in office mentorship.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and terminology
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (Epic, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Completion of a residency program preferred but not required
- CPR certification
