Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track client interactions, sales activities, and manage pipeline
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Experience in warm calling and building relationships with clients
