Speedbox LLC is hiring for a HR Manager and Recruiter to support our package delivery teams in Broomfield and Aurora. Our company is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that operates the blue "Prime" delivery vans for Amazon on routes across northern Colorado. We launched in 2020 and today have a team of 150 employees, growing to 250-300 employees during Q4 peak season, that are dedicated to safely delivering smiles to our community.
This Human Resources Manager role will lead our hiring, onboarding, training, and safety compliance programs. About The Position
We’re seeking a high energy, self-starter with an upbeat, ambitious attitude to join our team. Speedbox LLC is looking for a hands-on people leader who has a passion for team building, talent development, and human resources management who can handle both the day-to-day and the big picture. Because we’re a smaller company, this role will support a wide variety of HR, recruiting, training, and safety programs for the company. As HR Manager, you will be a crucial member of our executive team. You will have immediate responsibility for HR strategy and processes and affect team engagement and business performance. This is both a leadership and hands-on position that requires decisiveness and a willingness to roll up the sleeves in order to shape the priorities of a new company.
Your role as Human Resources Manager will be far from one-dimensional. You will take ownership of HR tasks for the organization, which includes managing recruiting and new-hire onboarding, administering employee benefits and leaves, executing payroll processes, and crafting HR strategy and policies. You will also work directly with our fun team, including 150+ hourly delivery associates, coordinating with our operations leaders on initiatives to reduce driver turnover, improve team member safety, and ensure we have sufficient staffing to achieve our delivery targets.
This role is not for someone looking for frequent direction or guidance. You’ll be a key leader for our growing team, and as such the role requires an individual who is comfortable shaping our culture, our processes, and our approach to team member engagement. If you are looking for a leadership position which will give you HR and Operations experience, along with the opportunity to make a significant business impact, Speedbox LLC will empower you to gain expertise managing at a growing, results-driven startup company.
