Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage a team, and a customer-centric mindset.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitor customer service metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
- Train and onboard new customer service representatives, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in English; multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate resolutions
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on upselling products or services when appropriate
