Position: Associate Customer Success Representative
Worksite Arrangement: 90% remote, with 3 days in-office per month, must be local to the Chicago area
Base salary: $45,000 plus bonus potential and company benefits

Overview:
Avenica is currently evaluating talent for two new Associate Customer Success Representatives in the e-commerce subscription industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers, educational support with their subscription services and how it can support business ventures, and working with invoices.
Description:
- Educate and support customers on their subscription service and how it can benefit their business and network
- Assist customers with questions regarding billing, membership, and troubleshooting any technical inquiries as needed
- Provide training on subscription features online and over the phone
- Track past due invoices and follow up with the customer on billing questions, account updates, resend invoices, and renewal opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, any major!
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
