Account Manager - Direct Mail
Immediate opening for an Experienced Account Manager
The Account Manager oversees all aspects of production as well as other projects for our major clients and must be able to multitask, prioritize workload, and advocate on behalf of the client. They must be extremely detail-oriented and be able to work independently.
Job Duties
-Manage all aspects of a specific client/client account(s).
-Receiving/inventory control
-Interpret client project plans into production floor instructions
-Manage customer postage
-Billing
-Oversee the management of project details & coordination from start to completion
-Maintaining workflow systems
-Always maintain clear communication with clients and manage client expectations.
Job Qualifications
Required:
-1+ years of experience in Account Management
-Direct Mail experience required.
-Proficiency in Excel
-Customer service skills
-Written and interpersonal skills
-Highly organized
-Keen attention to details
