LGC is looking for experienced upscale cooks in the Las Vegas area for a local stadium client
Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a cook in an upscale restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
