As a Technical Support Technician for DMP, you provide technical assistance and problem resolution to DMP dealers through any supported means of communication. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a quick and accurate solution to a variety of issues that our dealers face while installing and servicing electronic burglary, fire and access control products.
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills; able to convey competence, confidence and empathy over any means of communication.

Demonstrated proficiency in typing.
