Position Summary:
Independently direct and lead daily campus operations to achieve superior student outcomes and overall business objectives. Profitability:
- Independently direct and oversee all campus operations to ensure the achievement of superior student outcomes and overall business objectives.
- Communicate accountability regarding the achievement of goals.
- Monitor performance standards to identify areas of major growth potential.
- Offer strategic plans to stimulate other growth opportunities.
- Monitor and control campus operating expenses and payroll to successfully achieve the established campus budget.
- Ensure operations are running efficiently and effectively.
Leadership:
- Promote the TUBC Culture by fostering an environment based on respect, integrity, and professionalism.
- Project a positive image to staff, customers, business associates, and the community in accordance with TUBC Standards.
- Be a positive role model.
- Ensure the consistent and timely implementation of company policies.
- Maintain cooperation and teamwork within the campus, creating a school spirit with a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve problems in a timely manner, utilizing innovative ideas and sound judgment according to school policies.
- Lead and contribute to campus and company-wide initiatives and special projects to support continuous improvement and innovation.
- Review financial data, prepare management reports, and perform administrative functions accurately and timely.
- Create campus plans to improve/address student survey results.
- Properly and effectively communicate potential security issues.
Facilities:
- Ensure facility, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and IT are maintained to brand expectations.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly campus with high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Enforce safety and maintenance procedures and ensure all equipment is in good, safe working condition.
Industry Relations:
- Identify local community events to enhance brand awareness.
- Maintain relationships with salons and spas.
- Organize and facilitate semi-annual local Advisory Board Meetings and Career Fairs.
Student Salon:
- Facilitate front desk training to create the brand experience at the entry point to the campus.
- Arrange coverage for the front desk.
- Handle guest relations issues.
- Oversee student contests and prize decisions.
- Ensure proper banking is done.
Students:
- Facilitate IEP meetings with the Student Success Advisor.
- Consult and oversee the implementation of all student terminations.
- Ensure acceptable completion, placement, and licensure standards.
- Oversee student graduations and drive corrective action plans to improve rates through collaboration with department leaders.
Staff:
- Motivate and develop staff, providing leadership and performance goal expectations.
- Initiate staff development plans, coaching and/or separation procedures.
- Schedule, lead, and document regular staff meetings.
- Work with staff and leadership to ensure adequate coverage on the campus.
- Conduct annual reviews for all direct reports.
- Manage day-to-day operations of campus associates.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard all campus positions.
Regulatory:
- Ensure the implementation and adherence of NACCAS, State, Federal, and TUBC regulations and procedures.
Perform any additional projects or duties as assigned to support the overall success and growth of the campus.
