Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000
Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Traveling: This role requires you to travel several days out of the week. Our guys work hard to do a great job, and we require our Project Managers to be boots on the ground with them. This role will require you to work in and around manure, so being comfortable around dairies is a must. Candidates are expected to be flexible and are aware they may be asked to: (1) Travel from one or multiple job sites at any time and/or travel across different states depending on project location. (2) Travel to another job site once the project is completed.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, budget and execute Projects using business practices that are consistent with our company values.
ABOUT YOU
You possess dynamic leadership and management skills to influence and drive positive outcomes. You are a hands-on, approachable and skilled leader with thorough knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting methods necessary to profitably complete Sand Separation projects. In addition to your technical knowledge, you have a history of successfully leading teams and are passionate about cultivating employees to their full potential.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: None required.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in construction or related activities in a leadership role managing multi-million-dollar projects. Five (5) years of experience managing people and construction projects within the commercial, utility, energy or agriculture markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors and vendors to meet projects goals.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that align with their vision. Maintain clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client requirements.
- Budget Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial updates to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Managing Partners, Installation team, engineers and contractors to ensure seamless project coordination.
