What you will do:
Operational ownership of the information security, compliance and risk management training plan and execution of global compliance via Navex or similar LMS
Accountable for establishing an annual Infosec and Data protection training and awareness plan for all employees
Develop and execute communication strategies focused on security, risk and compliance initiatives
Manage all activities associated with GRC / Security training and key meetings, ensuring approval of all materials as needed, scheduling, contracting, meetings, ordering & shipping of materials, party rentals, etc.
Manage financial reconciliation and on-site logistics coordination. Creatively work with limited budget and resources
Manage GRC and security vendors and leverage sourcing and contracting process to maximize Coupa positioning and relationship with vendor partners
Collaborate among cross-functional team members regarding event / training timelines, monitor status, maintain events calendar and update post-event metrics
Facilitate communication to ensure transparency and complete understanding of event / training agenda and logistics
Comfortable recommending alternative approaches to senior management to ensure processes are efficient and able to scale across Coupa teams and programs
Prepare and present regular training project status reports through visualization using Excel and google sheets
Assist employees in troubleshooting technical issues, resolving complaints, and answering training related questions.
Provide comprehensive support to all employees through the Freshworks ticket system
Responsible for measuring and reporting on the performance of the education and awareness program
What you will bring to Coupa:
2 + years of experience of operations or training in a corporate/professional environment
Self-starter with ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Well organized with great attention to detail
Proactively approach operational issues and recommend creative problem-solving solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Vendor, budget and project management skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to adapt and deliver under pressure
