CWD Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant for their Client Services Team at its main office located in the Interbay/Magnolia neighborhood in Seattle.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the Client Services Team, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support for the organization. You will handle the flow of communication and people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality a in a timely manner.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Rate: Starting at $23.00 per hour DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
· Acts as the first point of contact for CWD Group by being available to manage the variety of ways clients and customers communicate with our organization.
· Resolves the need, complaint, or request in one touch over the phone as often as possible.
· Receives customers’ requests by telephone, fax, or email; analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person as needed.
· Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s questions; determining the cause of problems; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
· Reviews database during phone conversations, updates records, and adjusts errors.
· Completes mass mailing projects.
· Maintains customer records by updating account information as received.
· Sorts and distributes mail by client and priority.
· Relieves community managers of various administrative details.
· Checks deadlines on incoming requests and puts preliminary work in play or follows up with managers as needed.
· Will be delegated tasks as needed by the department. Communicate with Office Manager regularly on the progress of these tasks.
· Contributes to team effort by working on all team projects and achieving results.
· Programs Fob and garage remotes as needed.
· Assists owners with their online profiles.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
· 2-3 Years Experience, Multi Line Phone
· 2+ Years Customer Service Experience Required
· Previous call center or receptionist experience is preferred
· High school graduate or GED
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, One Note, Word, mail merge, task manager, etc.)
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
· Ability to prioritize and maintain efficiency through multiple tasks
· Proven excellence in customer service over the phone
· Conflict resolution skills preferred.
· Able to make decisions under pressure
