We are seeking a 4 month Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and scheduling.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
