Overview:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and order processing
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and record-keeping
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages
- Transcribe documents accurately
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Experience with order entry and QuickBooks
- Strong file management skills
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Ability to transcribe accurately
