THE POSITION
We are looking for an ADC Attendant to join our team! Our ADC Attendant works at our donation trailers and collects donations under the direction of our Warehouse Management Team.
This position’s key responsibilities include:
- Greets and assists donors at donation trailers.
- Collects, sorts, and organizes donations according to the Agency’s policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and safe drive-thru according to established Agency standards.
- Assists other departments within the Agency when needed.

- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to work outside for most of the day.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to fifty (50) pounds with no support regularly.
- Able to stand and work for eight (8) hours at a time.
COMPENSATION:
Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive.
- This position pays $15 - $16/hour.
