Evergreen Note Servicing is growing our team of Customer Service Team to improve our Call Center response times and provide the highest level of service we can.

We are looking for Loan Servicing Agents to add to our already amazing team. You must be organized and reliable, as well as results oriented.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service
- Be willing to join our Call Center staff
- Experience in loan servicing is a plus
- Familiarity with loan documents
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Fluency in Spanish is a huge PLUS
- Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
- Current, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initial training will include in person, video and shadowing
- Customer Service process/training binder should be thoroughly reviewed and used continually
- Working daily in our Call Center to answer calls timely and accurately once trained
- Be available during Call Center hours aside from breaks and lunch break
- Ask good questions and be willing to take on responsibilities quickly
- Maintain organized training notes
- Research requests and related correspondence
- Monitor incoming customer inquiries and fulfill work tickets
- Be a team player, be willing to learn and ready to contribute
- Once trained, be responsible for certain tasks related to loan servicing activity
- Support daily office tasks
- Identify quality compliance issues as they arise and provide the appropriate feedback to management
