Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have ADO, Change Management and M365 cloud experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Program Manager (12-Month Contract, Possibility of Extension)
100% Remote
$45/hour
Responsibilities:
- Draft and release weekly organization-wide newsletters.
- Support project task delivery and resource management.
- Manage communication project plans, timelines, and challenges.
- Oversee multiple concurrent features and user stories.
- Drive multiple projects from ideation through delivery.
- Communicate project objectives and progress to leadership.
- Manage and update a Knowledge Base.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Forms, Dynamics 365, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with automation using Microsoft Flow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to improve communication processes.
- Knowledge of software industry products/services, especially Microsoft's.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Must-Haves:
- 2-4 years of program management experience.
- Self-driven, customer-focused with strong technical skills.
- Innovative thought leader, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Proven experience driving business impact based on customer and partner needs.
- Technical experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Office 365.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage complex processes and cross-team deliverables.
Plusses:
- Technical competency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to understand complex concepts quickly.
Typical Day:
- Engage in 15-20% meetings with sponsors, team members, and stakeholders.
- Focus on announcing changes, managing wikis, sending newsletters, and supporting bi-weekly announcements.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
- 3+ years experience with Azure DevOps.
- 2+ years experience with PowerPlatform/Power Automate.
- 2+ years experience with Change Management.
