Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing a team of project/production managers.
- Prepare and communicate technical production & labor schedules, rental requirements, project scope, execution plan, and individual responsibilities to team members, vendors, and venue partners.
- Assist sales and operations teams to help determine the project's sales needs and technical solutions. Review all sales and operational documents to confirm they meet client and company needs.
- Monitor project scope throughout the event planning process and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project(s).
Ideal Candidate Traits
· Takes initiative, is highly self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
· Experience multi-family real estate, finance, or investor relations
· Organized and detail-oriented when overseeing multiple projects with evolving priorities.
