We are seeking a Senior Global Program Manager responsible for leading the global datacenter operations central and partner programs, operations portfolio management and project oversight. This role will partner with stakeholders across the functional and regional teams to coordinate and implement datacenter programs to meet our goals and maximize the business impact. The role requires the ability to self-direct, partner across diverse teams, and drive results through program and project management.

Drive projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks and keeping processes running smoothly.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.

Create and operationalize processes to transform the effectiveness of the organization with respect to meeting business goals.

Align key stakeholders, and manage projects through milestones to completion on schedule and in budget.

Communicate to and regularly interact with leadership, highlighting risks across functional teams and providing recommendations to support decisions.

Monitor and measure impact and performance results by tracking key performance indicators.

Use program management tools and communication methods to ensure common understanding of program plan of record to stakeholders.

Project management and tracking for lifecycle of initiatives, continued alignment with cross-functional teams.

Provide reporting and analysis on portfolio metrics, key insights and trends.

Point of contact for assurance teams for audits, tolling enhancements, key decisions, and projects.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

OR equivalent experience.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
