What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Agglomerator Operator inLa Crosse, WI.
The Agglomerator Operator is responsible for performing all tasks involved in the Agglomeration production of Select Custom Solutions’ products. The Agglomerator Operator follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. The Agglomerator Operator works in all areas of Agglomeration production.
· 12 hour shifts (7 pm to 7 am) Monday through Wednesday and Monday through Thursday weekly rotation
· An additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7 pm and 11 pm and $1.50 for hours worked between 11 pm and 7 am
Job Duties:
· Check blend sheet paperwork to ensure the proper components are being used (bags, pallets, fill weights, etc.); match lot numbers on product with labels and paperwork.
· Read ingredient declarations on bags; accurately count bags per pallet.
· Dump totes/bags of product into appropriate equipment on the production line at the required production rate and pace.
· Efficiently fill bags to the appropriate weight per blend sheet requirements.
· Monitor product quality as it is filling the bag. Report any concerns to production Line Lead related to powder color, particle size consistency, scorched particles, etc.
· Sample the product as it come off the line per Select policies and procedures.
· Properly seal bags of product as it comes off the production line.
· Neatly stack bags of product as it comes off the production line.
