As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and general assistance. Your primary duties include:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Providing information about products/services and resolving customer issues.
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Up selling products and services when appropriate.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
