Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Nurse to join our team. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations, providing high-quality patient care and support. Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of patients during their travel assignments.
Duties:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in diverse healthcare environments.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with medical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Adapt quickly to new work environments and effectively manage changing patient needs.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while promoting a positive healthcare experience.
Skills:
- Familiarity with senior care principles and infant care techniques.
- Strong health coaching skills to empower patients in self-care practices.
- Adherence to healthcare standards and protocols for quality patient outcomes.
- Minimum 1 year ER RN/ O.R. RN experience for the last 3 years.
- Preferred Experience Critical care- Trauma, Stroke, General Medicine, Perioperative Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
- BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
