We are excited to add a Customer Service Representative to our team to work directly on-site with our clients and their customers. The right candidate will receive complete hands-on training to work with customers in the Baltimore area and service their accounts to the highest industry standards. By utilizing a diligent and personable approach, this candidate can use their communication and problem-solving skills which are what we find most helpful in serving customers. This Customer Service Representative is also capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while keeping customers happy and smiling and resolving their issues in the shortest time possible. The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative role is someone with successful sales and customer service experience and is knowledgeable of clients’ products and services.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and new sales promotions to drive revenue.
- Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages.
- Grasp company goals and daily operations process by working in different departments to gain perspective in entry-level customer service, sales, and marketing divisions.
- Participate in daily meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from senior account managers by attending one-on-one classroom-style training with mentorship.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize productivity, and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- A College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in the process of completion is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, business communications, and related fields is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results while managing multiple projects.
- Level-headed problem solver with a professional service-oriented attitude.
- Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail.
- Team player who also excels as an individual contributor.
- Adaptable, dependable, and responsible.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and sales strategy.
