Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Manage customer accounts
- Respond to inquiries and complaints
- Resolve customer issues via call and email request
- Track orders
- Communicate with customers and carriers
- Create replacement/Manual orders
- Familiarity with Shipstation, Google drive, and Microsoft office a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Analytical mindset to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
