RiverWest Properties is seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who not only has extensive experience in how to operate and manage multifamily properties. The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance operations and upkeep across our multi-family properties throughout Central Ohio. The Senior Maintenance Technician will have deep experience in multi-family property maintenance and will be expected to assist with day-to-day maintenance items.

Responsibilities
- Manage and assist directly with the timely and accurate completion of daily work orders, including both preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Manage and assist directly with the timely completion of vacant unit turns in coordination with our Property Manager and leasing team.
- Effectively secure materials needed to complete work orders and unit turns in accordance with property budgets.
- Ensure the property and grounds are in superior condition for our residents.
- Proactively identify and execute on cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee and assist directly with the renovation of various residential units as required.
- Coordinate projects with third-party contractors.
- Other responsibilities as may be determined.
Skills
- Prior residential maintenance experience.
- Ability to perform plumbing, electric, and HVAC repairs (HVAC certification and experience required; additional certifications are a plus).
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and customer service ability.
- Proven team-building and leadership ability.
- Professional and courteous personality committed to providing quality service to our residents.
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt each day to new opportunities and challenges.
- Desire to learn and grow within a role with a growing company.
- Ability to lift 80-100 pounds and to accomplish the above-described tasks.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pay will be competitive based on experience.
