Description:
Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to support Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) as a Instructional Designer, Junior. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Defines clear learning objectives and creates compelling content

Interact with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect information based on learners’ needs

Assist with storyboard creation

Develop online courses with a tool for learning and skill building and developing tests and assignments for performing knowledge checks and evaluating training effectiveness

Create supporting materials that include multimedia, e.g., audio, video, and screenshots
-
Assist in development of needs assessment/analysis plan and collect relevant data
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in curriculum design

Minimum of three (3) years experience with Learning Management Systems

Able to create training/education content utilizing LMS technologies

Able to use tools to create and deliver appealing learning materials
-
Experience with implementing courses in an LMS
-
US Citizen
Desired
-
NAVSEA Security Cooperation and FMS experience

Possess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U. S. navy, military rank/grade structure

Possess a knowledge of Navy and military terminology
Education
High school diploma, or GED
