Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced LMS Project Manager (Learning Management System) to fill an opening with a consumer electronics company.
Responsibilities of the LMS Project Manager
- Project planning and execution support, including assisting in defining scope, goals and deliverables using Agile project management principles
- Assistance in estimating costs and budget, project value and otherwise assist in economic analysis
- Coordinating and promoting collaboration across the project team(s)
- Implement and manage the project communications plan (this will be a combined effort with Corp Comms and the Change Lead also)
- Support the requirements analysis process and assessment of potential vendor compliance
- Coordinate with the technical resources re: any technology implementation required (at least for task and deliverable tracking)
- Identifying risks and potential mitigations
Qualifications of the LMS Project Manager
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Familiarity with the large business transformation in a global and complex org structure
- Experience in design thinking and navigating organizations with strong cultured parent companies
- Background with regard to learning and development, having worked on prior L&D/HR projects with significant non-technology learning components (people, process, culture, etc.)
- Specific experience with Learning Management System implementation, Saba and SAP SuccessFactors Learning (Plateau) preferred

- Hourly Pay between $70/hr - $80/hr
